Week of June 10-16, 2013
Bonjour Monday!
Hope everyone is enthusiastic and perky after the roller coaster we have been served these past three days. Talking about the challenge of keeping yourself (and dear ones) level headed while the winds of fate hurled and mistifyed us all.
Let's give us a pat on the back for reaching "calmer seas". The heavenly war of Friday and Saturday, counting a huge number of alignments (31 to be exact!), positive and negative, in random succession, along came Sunday, with that opportunity and peace bringing monthly Moon-Jupiter union in Gemini (1:30AM PDT). We were prompted to clear the decks after the storm, so to speak, large-scale enterprises and big business plans seemed appealing but the Moon-Jupiter conjunction also started a 7 hour void lunar transit, reminding us the moral of the tortoise and the hare. A flowing trine of the Sun to Juno in air signs gave us the tenderness to approach relationships with equanimity and balance. To the rescue for a productive and pleasant Sunday was the Moon slipping into its natural abode, Cancer. The Moon is at home in Cancer and when she lavishes in all that attention, we are best to concentrate on home and family. Clean-up chores not only earned us a medal for good house-keeping but we reveled in the beauty of our newly tended to gardens, the sparkling kitchens and the smell of freshly baked cookies. Domestic bliss enveloped us all ..or at least the dream of one:)
Later on Sunday, the Moon in Cancer gave us a prelude to the flowing Grand Trine in Water signs coming up this week, when Saturn and Neptune will join in a day (or week) of blending responsibility with high ideals.
And here is Monday and the start of a new week on planet Earth. The monthly Moon-Venus union in Cancer very early in the day sets the tone for romantic thoughts of deep intimacy. We might as well indulge since minutes later, a beautiful trine from Mercury to Chiron brings healing to previously awkward exchanges which left us fuming or disappointed. Isn't love grand?
Keep those thoughts right out of story books, because these aspects start a LOOOONG (31 hours long, to be precise) Moon void of course, an uncertainty zone, a heavenly limbo so to speak in which it is time to stop and think, rather than spring into action in business, investments and communication. And I am saying this because throughout the day, the Moon makes aspects to both Mercury and Vesta. There is a bit of a fog surrounding these issues and the Moon's void of course path does not really clear the air until tomorrow morning. BUT! Hope springs eternal, as some say, the week is just starting and we are ready for more Heavenly stories.

This is an ideal time to transform your relationships to ensure the people with whom you spend time are a good match for who you are today. Take a few days to sort it all out, then chart your new course.
On June 15, Mars quincunxes Pluto (another Quincunx? Yes, another one)
As Mars in Gemini is confronted by powerful Pluto in ambitious Capricorn, the flighty yet optimistic energy from Gemini is confronted by the industrious yet unimaginative energy of Capricorn. You should be prepared to deliver on your promises and gently push (a contradiction in terms but you get my meaning:) others can deliver and walk their talk. I am not saying anything monumental here, you know as well as I do, there are good people who can rally their efforts with yours to help you transform your life if you're willing to receive input, just as there are bullies who try to manipulate you into doing things their way. On June 16 prepare for the Mars Sextile Uranus which starts next week on an antsy footing but remember, Sextiles are "good" aspects" even though they are not monumentally...grand
