Glorious Cosmic Fireworks and Happy Birthday to Leos!
Bonjour Monday and Happy Birthday to the Kings and Queens of the zodiac, Leos
What a week and weekend we just had!
I hope you stopped and listened to the spectacular vibrations travelling into the cosmos (and our inner psyche).
Last week's Uranus station in Aries and the Jupiter-Saturn-Neptune Grand Triangle in Water signs on Wednesday have set the stage for massive changes and transformation...of the "GOOD" kind:) Uranus, the generational planet of upheaval, revolution and demolishing obsolete structures has stationed and will be in apparent retrograde motion giving us, finally, time to think about and review the massive changes happening in our world and minds.
Last Saturday and Sunday, more than 12 celestial aspects graced the sky with a rarely seen extravaganza, gently sliding from friendly to irritating: gentle Venus made a frictional aspect to shocking Uranus and trined the Moon. The truce between them was signed minutes later with a void-of-course Moon parallel underworldly Pluto. Peace was restored, or so we thought, as resolutions were hard to come to with Mercury stationed at 14 degrees of Cancer in an effort to resume forward motion from its 3 week long retrograde. The Moon entered Capricorn and we felt that order is being restored, especially since Mars, the Beligerant, attempted a concordial aspect with both Neptune and Uranus. The sigh of relief was shortlived, however with other caustic aspects, a feast gone wrong, like a disturbed family gathering at Christmas. This "dirty dozen" aspects and allignments gave us reason to be cautious in our dealings and hopefully the inspiration to be on the defensive, even if for a little while.
We breathed a sigh of relief on Sunday, the kind that is mostly felt through the change in psychic energy, rather than events. Venus moved into Virgo, bringing some structure to our chaotic schedules and focus and prompting us top become more organized and efficient.
The event of the day, however is the Sun moving out of Cancer and into flamboyant, regal Leo, where it will remain for the next four weeks. Leo wants to assume the spotlight, but this fun-loving sign also wants to make sure everyone else has a roaring great time as well. So, you can count on parties and get-togethers galore! At least for now.....
And here is Monday! Happy astrological birthday, Leos!
The Moon is still in Capricorn but in void mode until around noon when the lunar orb enters airy Aquarius. Nine minutes later (11:17AM PDT/2:17 PM EST), the Full Moon occurs, energizing 0+ degrees of Leo and Aquarius. Because the Full Moon happens at the very beginning of these signs, there will be another Full Moon of Leo-Aquarius on August 20 at 29 degrees of these zodiacal signs. The second Full Moons occuring in the same calendar month is called the Blue Moon, Before this morning's Full Moon clocks in, Mars jolts Jupiter by communing with this largest planet in our solar system at 6 degrees of Cancer. here we go again, repeating Saturday's fogyness. Psychic storm warnings are posted all around as the combination of the red planet with the giant planet can equate with a rising tide of emotional moodiness and reckless physical actions. Of course, it is still possible that Mars merging its energy-field with Jupiter can strengthen your courage, leadership skills and athleticism. Aswk for some help from Venus already in Virgo until August 16 and hope for help. The Sun switched allegiance from Cancer to Leo, Ceres and Chiron are bickering in the background affecting our health and the home front. the least I can say is that the sky is hopping and super-charged in the early hours of the day. Once the Full Moon is reaching its apex, it is wise to meditate, sending out your healing thoughts and prayers to humanity in need of enlightenment and switching your focus from the personal to the global. Think more about your higher destiny in this lifetime than on fulfilling trivial pursuits. Consider how to be or become more of a part of the community, or mankind, invest your thoughts into global causes close to your heart and philosophy of life with the Moon now transiting service-oriented Aquarius.
The sky is the limit.
