Planetary Rumba During April 2013
It is the 1st day of April, the Sun attempts to smile from behind a cloud, my tulips are raising their heads from the snow and all is apparently well in my Universe. Happy Easter everyone, may hope spring eternal in your heart!
The 1st day of April and the start of a new week seems to still keep us calm and collected, especially after the multiple Yod Finger alliances and oppositions these past days. If nothing happened (yet!) in your world to shake it (for better or worse) there is an air of mysterious anticipation to the day ahead...the calm before the storm, perhaps?
April arrives with a shower of cosmic energy, providing exactly what you need to get your projects and ideas off the ground and blooming!
The planets make their presence felt right away when the Sun squares off against Pluto on April 1. You may feel as if your path is suddenly blocked or you may feel trapped in a situation that does not want to move in any direction, in spite of your efforts. Fear not, this weird energy built-up is just temporary and it will be much more difficult to master than the event itself ...which, by the way, may not happen. ed, but the build-up will prove to be more difficult than the event itself, so you'll have things well in hand by April 1.
The Sun also meets Jupiter that same day, boosting morale and sprinkling a light dusting of good fortune over most everything.
The stars take a break until April 7, when sparks fly as Venus and Mars, the Yin and Yang Lovers of the Celestial kind, meet passionately, bringing with them heavy, passionate romance Things heat up outside the bedroom as well, with these planets adding sexy attitude to everything you do! What a boost in self-confidence this merger is, take advantage of it by showing your true colors. Hold on to that energy for the rest of the month ...or life:)
On April 10, a new Moon rises in Aries, making for one of the most decisive days of the year to get cracking on new projects. Just be sure to set your sights on something you can do quickly -- otherwise, you might grow bored. Aries is not known for careful preparation or staying power, but one thing they have in spades: bold enthusiasm and desire to start:) This particular New Moon is even more powerful as the said energy is supported by a stellium of planets now residing in Aries. What will we do with this enthusiastic "get go" attitude?
Come April 12, Pluto sends you back to the drawing board once it turns retrograde in Capricorn. Use this time to reconsider -- and perhaps even reorganize -- your plans regarding finances and material goods.
Your outspoken nature advances to the forefront two days later on April 14, when Mercury moves into Aries, joining a number of other planets already comfortable in Aries for a while. You may struggle with foot-in-mouth disease a bit, but your direct and honest approach will be refreshing ... and maybe even welcomed!
As April comes to a close, however, the cosmos will remind you not to go overboard. Saturn puts a damper on your newly found indulgence on April 22, when it opposes Venus. Three days later, on April 25, a lunar eclipse between the Scorpio Moon and Taurus Sun forces you to find balance between emotional intensity and basic common sense. Finally, Saturn returns on April 28 to oppose the Sun, serving as a reminder that duty must come before extravagance.By then, we should already be accustomed with the plates and the Sun transiting Taurus and the earthy, realistic attitude that is available in spades.
Until next week, as I always say, live, love and learn.
